New Cotehardie

I added two new outfits: a new male cotehardie and hood I made for my boyfriend and an early 15th century outfit for myself. You can click on the thumbnails below to see the new galleries:

15th Century Costumes

I added galleries for some new historical garb, all 15th century clothing this time. The first is a red Netherlandish waisted kirtle, the second is my newest under gown, and the last is some new photos of an old green kirtle. New Historical Costumes

I added galleries for some new historical garb I created, a silk and velvet Italian Renaissance gown created in 1490s style and a new cotehardie and under kirtle based on Miranda The Tempest. You can click on the thumbnails below to see the new galleries:

Early 15th c. Garb

I added galleries for some new early 15th c. clothing I created, a gothic fitted gown (cotehardie) for myself and one for my boyfriend, as well as mine styled as a take on Morgan Le Fey. You can click on the thumbnails below to see the new galleries:

Bloody Heart

Happy Valentine’s Day! To celebrate, I teamed up with Mona Weiss to do this really fun bloody heart photo shoot featuring Roman-esque gowns. We chose to go with a darker interpretation of the holiday this year.

Saint Lucia

Happy St. Lucia Day! To celebrate one of my favorite holidays, I incorporated traditional elements into a new gown of my own style.

Steampunk Dark Phoenix

I just added my Steampunk Dark Phoenix costume! I designed this to incorporate the classic elements, colors, and attitude of Dark Phoenix from X-Men into a Victorian-esque fantasy style.

Halloween Faerie

I just added my new Halloween faerie costume! I wanted to do something cute and on-theme for Halloween this year. Since I wear costumes all year, I thought something particularly festive would be a nice change. This was inspired by Amy Brown’s fantasy art. She has been one of my favorite artists since I discovered her some 14-ish years ago.

Woodland Elf

I just added my new woodland elf costume! There are a few photos here with my bow, which I use for medieval style combat in the SCA — since elves are such natural archers, I had to include it. (:
