Japanese Kosode
This is a 16th century Japanese kosode, the predecessor to the more modern kimono. Mine has a double collar to fake the layer normally worn underneath since I realized I needed more garb suitable for hot weather. The obi is much thinner than that of a modern kimono, and it was still tied in the front during this period.
