This wood­land elf is wear­ing a Daisy Vik­to­ria dress, made of embossed silk vel­vet with applied crys­tals. She also has some match­ing vam­braces and a head­piece with a crys­tal in front. The boots are a pair I wear quite often, and the bow is one I use for medieval style com­bat in the SCA.
